1. Introduction

Thomas Voeffray is committed to protecting visitors' privacy and processing personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data collected

We only collect the data you send us through the quote request form:

• Full name and email address (required);
• Phone, event type, date, venue, package and message (optional).

No account is created and no database is used: your request is sent by email to the publisher. A technical session cookie is used solely for the form's anti-spam protection.

4. Purposes

Your data is used solely to handle your request and reply to you (quote, event organisation). It is not used for any other purpose.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps needed to answer your request.

6. Retention period

Requests received by email are kept for as long as needed to process them, then for 3 mois at most, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

7. Recipients

Your data is never sold or shared. Form requests are received by the site publisher; the host (Infomaniak Network SA) acts as a technical processor for email delivery. With your consent, browsing data is processed by Google (Google Analytics), which may involve a transfer outside Switzerland/EU subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies & local storage

Strictly necessary technical cookies and storage (no consent required):

• language and theme (light/dark) preferences, stored in the browser (localStorage);
• a temporary session cookie for the form's anti-spam protection;
• storage of your cookie consent choice.

Audience measurement cookies (subject to your consent): we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic. These cookies are set only after you accept via the banner; if you decline, no measurement cookie is created. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

No advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server (no request to Google Fonts).

9. Your rights

Under the FADP and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us by email (djgoodspirit@hevents.ch) or via the contact form.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

11. Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
